As of May 5, 2019 I have terminated my contract with Manchester Pediatric Associates.

We ( Dr. Sarah Elbaum, Lynn Nochisaki, APRN, and myself ) are back under "Anne Marie Villa MD PC" at the same location at 150 Hazard Avenue, Enfield, CT starting Monday, May 6, 2020 to ensure continued dedicated care.
